This implements the requested root shell menu (./mcp-menu.sh).

  • Safe by default: read-only status and copy-paste workflow prompts
  • Root checkout health, author/reviewer/merger/reconciler prompts, onboarding checklist
  • Proxmox deploy/create-LXC entries are placeholders only and must be implemented by separate issues
  • docs/mcp-menu.md and hermetic tests in tests/test_mcp_menu_script.py

Closes #478.

Add ./mcp-menu.sh for safe, read-only onboarding and workflow prompt
discovery. Includes root checkout health, role prompts, onboarding
checklist, Proxmox placeholders, and run-tests fallback. Document in
docs/mcp-menu.md with hermetic tests.

Closes #478.
