Purpose

Temporary canary issue for one-shot PR #777 allocator-routing validation.

Scope

  • Created only for bounded allocator canary (decoded-list dry-run, JSON-string dry-run, CAS drift rejection, single apply, lease release).
  • Must not be used for real implementation work.
  • Protected excluded candidate is #617 only; this issue is the sole lease target.

Cleanup

Close after canary PASS with lease released. Residual #626 CP row must not be mutated.

Procedure

One apply only. Do not restore scheduler during canary window.
