Closes #104

Extend safe profile metadata and whoami output to support the profiles.json v2 environment → service → identity model. Verified by unit tests.

Approved. Verified that unit tests pass, compilation succeeds, and diff contains no secrets, trailing whitespace, or endpoint leaks. Trailing newline at EOF of gitea_auth.py has been cleaned up.
