Objective

Provide documentation and end-to-end verification for multi-LLM worker management.

Acceptance criteria

Document installation, activation, daily operation, readiness failures, recovery, rollback, and removal.
Document the security and role boundaries.
Verify the complete workflow using supported provider fixtures.
Confirm existing Web UI routes continue working.
Include an operator acceptance checklist.

Issue-First & Safety Requirements

Implementation may begin only from an existing open issue.
Author implementation requires canonical routing, a durable issue lock, and a validated author worktree.
Read-after-write verification is required for all mutations.
Wrong-role and ambiguous-ownership operations fail closed.
