Curated 2026-07-02 to reflect review consensus (issue text only; not started).

Documentation-application issue only. Apply the #71 ADR decisions to the
existing boundary/safety docs — do not duplicate the ADR here.

Acceptance criteria

  • Jenkins boundary documented; GlitchTip/observability boundary documented
    (using the name chosen in #71).
  • Read-only-first policy documented.
  • Mutation-gating requirements documented.
  • Credential isolation documented.
  • Orchestrator role documented as coordination, not credential consolidation.
  • Jenkins build triggers explicitly deferred.
  • GlitchTip->Gitea filing documented as a gated, orchestrated workflow.
