Curated 2026-07-02 to reflect review consensus (issue text only; not started).

Design the read-only GlitchTip MCP tools for listing / inspecting
unresolved issues and events. Namespace/boundary per #71 decision
(ops-mcp, glitchtip-mcp, or observability-mcp) — do not assume a name
before #71 resolves it.

Acceptance criteria

Defines the minimum read-only tool set (projects, unresolved issues, issue /
event detail, recent events, search).
Covers filtering by environment, release, fingerprint, and project.
Defines pagination bounds.
Privacy — field-level allowlist for event output.
Redact / omit request headers, cookies, auth fields, emails, IPs, form
bodies, local variables, and full raw stack frames unless explicitly approved.
Default output = fingerprint / release / error summary + link, not raw
dumps.
Defines failure behavior.
Introduces no mutation tools.
