close_issue.sh and mark_issue.sh are hardcoded to dadeschools. The Python scripts support --remote prgs for multi-instance operation.

Add a --remote flag to the shell scripts, or convert them to Python for consistency.

Low priority — the Python scripts cover the main use cases.
