Purpose

Complete GlitchTip-to-Gitea filing orchestrator to integrate deduplication and fail-closed mutation auditing.

Acceptance criteria

  • Replace mocked GlitchTip fetch with real GlitchTip read path.
  • Wire glitchtip_dedup before any create action.
  • Add fail-closed mutation audit.
  • Decide whether filing should be MCP-exposed and under which write-boundary server.
  • Add tests for dedup create/link/skip decisions and audit failure.
